🎿 Online Check-In for Rentals

Help us prepare your rental gear faster by filling out your details online before your visit. We’ll need your height, weight, age, and ski/snowboard level to set up your equipment correctly.

Submitting this form online saves you valuable time at the store. If you’ve already filled it out during a previous visit, there’s no need to do it again.

💳 Rental Deposit Policy

• A deposit is required for all rentals.
• For rentals under 2 weeks, we will place a temporary hold on your credit card.
• For rentals over 2 weeks, we charge a refundable deposit equal to the equipment value.

Deposits are fully refunded upon return of the equipment in good condition.

Please note: Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you haven't received your refund after a reasonable time, feel free to contact us to help track the status.

  • Skis/Snowboard, Boots & Poles

Whether you're skiing or snowboarding, the right gear makes all the difference. Fit matters — make sure everything suits your level and size.

  • Helmet & Goggles

A helmet isn’t optional — it’s your head’s best friend on the mountain. Pair it with anti-fog, UV-protective goggles to shield your eyes from snow glare and flying powder.

  • Stay Warm & Dry

Dress in layers and make sure your jacket and pants are waterproof and windproof. A balaclava or head cover helps keep you warm on colder days and protects your neck and face.

  • Sunscreen & Lip Balm

Even on cloudy days, UV rays at high altitudes can cause sunburn. Use high-SPF sunscreen and protect your lips with SPF lip balm — yes, winter sunburn is real!
