“VAN DEER–Red Bull Sports is our vision turned into reality — skis built from a relentless pursuit of perfection.”— Marcel Hirscher

Every Van Deer ski is built in Austria under the personal direction of Marcel Hirscher — the eight-time Overall World Cup champion and one of the most decorated alpine skiers in history. Founded in 2021, Van Deer produces in deliberately small numbers under Hirscher’s quality oversight. As an authorized dealer, we accept pre-orders for upcoming season runs.

Factory Tuning by Marcel Hirscher

Marcel and Ferdl Hirscher, together with a selected team of experts, bring years of World Cup know-how to the tuning of every ski model. The recipe is strictly confidential. Customers experience that same first-feeling-on-snow in a reproducible way.

Dual Titanal Construction

Two layers of titanal (0.4–0.5 mm each) above and below the wood core deliver powerful energy transfer, dampening, and absolute stability at speed.

ABS Sidewalls — Ready to Tune

Full ABS sidewall construction allows individual edge tuning for maximum grip and edge control — the same approach used on World Cup race skis.

Race Room Finish

Every ski receives the same race room finish that brought Marcel Hirscher to the top of the podium — perfected to World Cup standards before leaving the factory.

Sintered Race Base

Enhanced wax absorption and exceptional glide for maximum speed. The race-grade base delivers long-lasting wear resistance across all conditions.

Premium Wood Cores

Each series uses a specific wood combination: ash-poplar for stiffness and snap (H-Power 68, PRO, SL), poplar-beech for stability and rebound (H-Power 78/89, Freeride).

Performance

World Cup Construction · No FIS Limits

When Marcel Hirscher decides to enjoy a groomer day, he reaches for his PRO SERIES. But don't let Marcel's idea of "easy" fool you — these are high-performance skis designed for aggressive on-piste charging or even gate turns. Constructed like World Cup skis with the same cutting-edge technology and meticulous attention to detail. Because they aren't bound by FIS regulations, we've given them a wider geometry with an increased sidecut — a tighter turn radius and enhanced skiability.

Freeride

Marcel's New Favorite Playground

Marcel Hirscher is one of the most accomplished ski racers in history — to confine his extraordinary skills to gates and racecourses would be a disservice to his talent. He is an exceptionally versatile skier, excelling on icy surfaces as well as in the deepest powder. This passion for skiing inspired him to design his own series of freeride skis, engineered to tackle any challenge the mountain presents. These skis are the perfect companions for exploring uncharted territory.
